Your daily workout


  • You will exercise strong relationship building skills daily to establish and maintain customer relationships by being the first point of contact for EGYM Enterprise customers.
  • You will be responsible for managing Enterprise accounts by proactively communicating business impacts, introducing new products, management of special projects, and making recommendations to support customer success with EGYM’s products. 
  • You will expand revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-selling activities. 
  • You will understand the customer’s business needs and desired outcomes and recommend solutions based on best practices.
  • You will manage special projects to a successful outcome and ensure appropriate communications with relevant internal and external stakeholders takes place.
  • You will be responsible for managing a proactive customer contact strategy to achieve goals, customer satisfaction and revenue expansion.  
  • You will partner with sales for pre-sales questions and demos and share customer success stories.
  • You will be the main point of escalation for customer support across your network of Enterprise customers.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the needs of customers while collaborating with the Operations and Sales teams to assist in implementation of EGYM products and establish customer satisfaction.
  • You will provide enterprise level customers with technical solution proposals and communicating to the customer and internal stakeholders and managing project deliverability, necessary services and resources, timeline and cost. 
  • You will provide structured, consistent, and appropriate external and internal reporting that highlights the successes and opportunities of EGYM’s customers.
  • You will establish yourself as a EGYM and fitness industry expert by providing customers with a consultancy-based account management approach, highlighting best practices, ROI statistics, and operational workflows that will maximize their use of the EGYM Products. 

Your fitness level



  • You have 5+ years in a customer-facing Key/Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success and/or Project Management role (B2B Sales experience is a plus). 
  • You have 5+ years' experience with SaaS products (direct experience in the fitness industry is a plus).
  • You have 5+ years' experience in B2B Sales. 
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or other relevant experience (preferred but not required). 
  • You have experience managing, consulting and negotiating with Enterprise customers.
  • You have a proven ability to engage with C-Suite and/or senior level executives to address operational needs and make recommendations.
  • You have strong technical skills and the ability to learn technical concepts quickly. 
  • You are a strategic thinker who can take both short and long-term business objectives and execute on a tight tactical plan to achieve.
  • You enjoy working with customers directly and are able to travel 75%+ of the time to participate in customer events, trade shows, and company meetings. 

The equipment we provide



  • You will earn an annual salary of $95,000 to $105,000. This salary range does include variable compensation as part of the total compensation package.
