In this role, you'll be a valued partner for our customers, assisting them with product inquiries, providing best practices and recommendations, and ensuring they have a great experience with Employ. No prior experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and eagerness to learn!   
What You’ll Do: 

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via email or ticket. Assist with product navigation, and route questions to Technical Support or other departments as needed. 

  • Guide new customers in using the platform, providing basic training and resources for a smooth start. 

  • In one-on-one interactions, listen actively, address concerns with empathy, and build positive relationships to boost loyalty and satisfaction. 

  • Stay informed on our products, updates, and best practices to provide accurate support. Host live sessions to address product questions. 

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve our offerings. 

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer retention and proactively discuss adoption and value recognition to ensure renewals.
