 The Role
AiDash is looking for a dynamic project management professional to join our Customer Success team, supporting the Biodiversity Net Gain Management System (BNGAI) product. The BNGAI product enables landowners, critical infrastructure operators, and local governments to increase biodiversity on their land while confidently and efficiently meeting their regulatory goals for sustainability.   In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leadership to manage a portfolio of customers, driving strategic programs and initiatives aimed at improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS), and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. 

How you'll make an impact:


    • Manage a Portfolio of Customers: You will oversee the customer journey from their initial registration to becoming a paying customer, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success with the platform. This involves personalized support, problem resolution, and maintaining a strong relationship throughout their lifecycle. 
    • Develop Systems and Processes to Enhance NPS (Net Promoter Score): You'll create and implement systems and processes aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, as measured by NPS. This may involve gathering feedback, analyzing trends, and making adjustments to enhance the overall customer experience. 
    • Assist Leadership in Developing the Operating Model: You'll work with leadership to create and refine the operational framework that drives the delivery of services or products. This includes streamlining processes, setting performance metrics, and optimizing resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 
    • Collaborate with the Product Team: You'll work closely with the product team to provide input on the product roadmap. This involves sharing customer insights, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the development of new features or enhancements based on customer needs and feedback. 

What we're looking for:


    • BE/B.Tech + MBA in Program Management or a related field from a top-tier institute
    • 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in program or project management roles within a SaaS or technology environment
    • Self-motivated, problem-solver with a strong aptitude for first-principles thinking.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
    • Ability to think strategically and a methodical execution style and strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in project management software and dashboard tools such as Excel, Jira, and PowerBI
