We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team to help maximize the value our customers get from Shopiago products and services (E-commerce, Collection and Trade-In).
Shopiago is our Software as a Service (SaaS) division that offers a range of solutions helping drive revenue growth for our UK charity customers. We see a substantial opportunity to further grow this market whilst expanding into other areas. Leveraging the knowledge and experience of our customers to shape our software for optimal product and market fit will be essential.
As a customer-centric Customer Success Manager with a commercial background, you will play a leading role in ensuring new and existing clients are provided with the support and guidance needed to fully utilise our products and deliver the maximum return on investment for them.
With a clear commercial focus, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the business and increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by improving retention and maximizing Net Retention Revenue. You’ll use a range of tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com and Jira to maintain accurate data, keep customer success plans updated and manage renewals.
The successful candidate will draw upon their previous account management experience to truly understand their customer’s pressure points and frustrations, and pinpoint new revenue streams for the business.
