We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team to help maximize the value our customers get from Shopiago products and services (E-commerce, Collection and Trade-In).  


 


Shopiago is our Software as a Service (SaaS) division that offers a range of solutions helping drive revenue growth for our UK charity customers.   We see a substantial opportunity to further grow this market whilst expanding into other areas.  Leveraging the knowledge and experience of our customers to shape our software for optimal product and market fit will be essential.  
 


As a customer-centric Customer Success Manager with a commercial background, you will play a leading role in ensuring new and existing clients are provided with the support and guidance needed to fully utilise our products and deliver the maximum return on investment for them.  


 


With a clear commercial focus, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the business and increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by improving retention and maximizing Net Retention Revenue.  You’ll use a range of tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com and Jira to maintain accurate data, keep customer success plans updated and manage renewals. 
 
The successful candidate will draw upon their previous account management experience to truly understand their customer’s pressure points and frustrations, and pinpoint new revenue streams for the business.  


 


You will also: 


 



  • Deliver on growth and retention targets across your customer portfolio. 

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, becoming a trusted advisor through your subject matter expertise in our products, services and wider industry knowledge.  

  • Analyse customer data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations that deliver value to the customer. 

  • Ensure that regular reviews are held to communicate key product updates, report on progress and performance, and drive growth opportunities. 

  • Share customer insights, feedback and product enhancement requests with internal stakeholders and colleagues. 

  • Working with clients to configure and roll out software, providing on-site and virtual training and support.  

  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into product development, marketing and sales process  


 


Experience working with SaaS products and delivering  solutions to complex problems is essential, and to succeed you will also need:


 



  • Demonstrable experience as a Customer Success Manager, Commercial Account Manager or experience in client solutions 

  • Track record of hitting and exceeding growth targets  

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment and developing/driving initiatives to ensure or improve upon a customer’s ROI within a software environment.  

  • Strong communication and presentation skills - essential  

  • Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment and a passion for contributing to the creation of a world class customer success function.  

  • Results-driven - your success will be measured through the satisfaction of your customers resulting from the delivery of software that exceeds client value and ROI.  

  • Ability to understand complex data and relay it to customers in a manageable, clear and concise way  

  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to understand and analyse complex problems  

  • To be ‘tech savvy’ with experience working in a fast-paced, agile, start-up environment  

  • Strategic mind set and commercial mentality  

  • Ability to travel to customer sites and the Company offices in West Sussex, London and Coventry  

  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.

Established in 2013, to buy unwanted books, CD’s DVD’s, Blu-ray and console games directly from consumers via its market leading app. The smart technology enables consumers to use their mobile device to scan a product bar code or to simply tap in an ISBN code from a book for an instant valuation.  



 



Ziffit sells all its books, CDs, DVDs and games via World of Books own website or partner websites such as Amazon and eBay.

Sells books published prior to 1970 (including rare, vintage and 1st edition titles) alongside vinyl and other ephemera through our own websites and other marketplaces.
