The Role:
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ success with our client’s unified conversation platform. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and drive platform adoption and usage. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing any concerns, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Guide new customers through onboarding and provide tailored training for effective platform use.
  • Build lasting customer relationships, serving as their trusted advisor and main contact.
  • Track customer engagement and recommend ways to boost platform adoption.
  • Resolve customer issues swiftly, coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales to drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback to advocate for their needs and drive product enhancements.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in a customer success, account management with a strong product focus
  • 3-5 years’ experience handling complex fintech products and/ or working with Financial Institutions
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and customer success principles.
  • Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and building strong relationships
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer success.
