The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our client's team in Falls Church, VA. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the success and growth of enterprise clients, driving adoption, and fostering long-term relationships. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned Enterprise clients

  • Drive product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction

  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Conduct regular business reviews and health checks with clients

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive success

  • Monitor and report on customer health metrics and KPIs

  • Manage renewals and expansion processes

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles in the SaaS industry

  • Proven track record of managing and growing Enterprise accounts

  • Ideally, a strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance landscapes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with CRMs and other software and tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

  • Ability to work 3 days/week in an office in Falls Church, VA

Interviewing Process

  • Stage 1: 30-min virtual interview with the Founder/CEO (General fit)

  • Stage 2: 60-min on-site interview in the office (Cultural fit/Final)

  • Reference and Background Checks: conducted after successful interviews
