In an interdisciplinary team, you will guide our customers and channel partners through their digital transformation journey and ensure their success using our products.

Your mission:

  • You initiate, plan and implement digital service projects with customers worldwide and ensure that all deliverables are handed over on time and on budget

  • You work closely with our customers to understand their needs and requirements and feed these back into our product development process

  • You investigate the customers' processes and workflows and analyze how to improve them based on digital technologies

  • You ensure a positive customer experience and spot upselling opportunities

  • In regular intervals, you provide updates and status reports to customers and the team

  • You have a talent for quickly understanding problems and applying your knowledge to evaluate possible solutions in terms of their technical and economic feasibility

  • You keep an eye on the performance of our products, proactively spot issues and escalate appropriately in our team

  • You work within an agile development framework to gather and prioritize product and client requirements and give input for user story creation to ensure a strong customer focus

Your profile:

  • A university degree in mechanical, mining, civil, electrical engineering or other relevant areas

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in an international business environment

  • Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills

  • Sound understanding of project management and customer success methodologies and tools

  • Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and multiple project components in an interdisciplinary environment

  • Experience with IIoT and telemetry applications and passion for digital products and innovation

  • Fluency in German and English and outstanding communication and negotiation skills

  • A keen desire to keep learning

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the implementation and management of digital products

  • Experience in managing and forecasting a budget and deliverables
