About the role:  




As the Customer Success Specialist, you will lead the collaboration efforts with enterprise sales teams, Product Leaders, and a variety of other stakeholders to adapt our portfolio of health and wellbeing products and services to meet our users’ needs. Within the team, you will be the key subject matter expert for our product, technical architecture, and the health/wellbeing industry domain. 




 




What you’ll do: 



 



  • Engage with key stakeholders at client side to facilitate a smooth onboarding process

  • Develop and track implementation plan in collaboration with the client and internal teams.

  • Work closely with clients to drive product adoption and utilization.

  • Provide product training sessions/webinars and support to ensure effective usage of Roundglass Living App.

  • Act as a customer success manager, fostering strong relationships with clients.

  • Proactively address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Gather feedback from clients regarding product performance and user experience.

  • Communicate client feedback to the product teams for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with the sales team for the renewal process, ensuring a seamless transition.

  • Provide insights from client interactions to support the renewal strategy.





 

Skills & Qualifications :



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in project management or customer success are a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the wellness, fitness industry.

  • Proven experience in client onboarding, implementation, and customer success management, preferably in the Wellness and Fitness sector.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Understanding of the education sector's dynamics and challenges.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.


 




 




Pay & Benefits: 




The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000-$95,000 yearly. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.
