 Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering personalized solutions and ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Account Development: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their eCommerce goals and challenges.
  • Market Research: Continuously conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Binary’s eCommerce solutions, particularly in relation to the Shopify platform, ensuring you can effectively communicate the benefits to clients.
  • Ecosystem Expertise: Stay updated on the latest developments within the eCommerce space, with a particular emphasis on the Shopify ecosystem, to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in the eCommerce ecosystem, with a strong preference for experience on the Shopify platform.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the eCommerce industry and familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Team Collaboration:You will be working closely with Binary’s Sales Team to drive performance and achieve company objectives.
