We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sr. Customer Success Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This role requires a minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in customer success and portfolio management, specifically dealing with HR professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in cross-selling and upselling in a corporate environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Build and expand penetration and impact in a portfolio of accounts as a trusted partner
- Drive 20-30% revenue growth within the portfolio through cross-selling and upselling
- Ensure 98% renewal of revenue in the portfolio
- Collaborate with customers to drive utilization of our platform and services
- Generate high CSAT scores of 4.5+ for the portfolio
- Create case studies and referral sponsors to enhance brand and sales
- Penetrate deeper into accounts and sponsors
- Coordinate and collaborate with teams to ensure customer deliverables and success
- Adhere to and drive automation and process-driven customer delivery
- Maintain organization and efficiency in all tasks
- Stay updated on tools and digital approaches to deliver outcomes
- Train teams to be consultative, product-oriented, and provide partnership and advice in emotional wellbeing
- Leverage data to provide insights and innovation for customers
- Collaborate with various teams for impactful service delivery
- Present impact and outcomes using relevant metrics
- Utilize data for cross-selling and suggesting innovation ideas to customers
Candidate Qualifications:
