As a managed services provider (we work with computers and support large networks for our clients) we have a reputation of providing amazing work for both small and medium-sized businesses.


And your technical expertise is needed, now! BTW, if you don’t like working with or on computers, then this job isn’t for you. You have to be proficient in using a desktop and not afraid to learn new things.

We are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to support our clients and our team. 



  • Have a nurturing personality and desire to help mentor your fellow team members.

  • Possess extraordinary customer service skills and strong multi-tasking, organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.

  • Are comfortable working with clients of all kinds and have experience discovering business and technology needs. People need to feel heard and comfortable with our solutions – this stuff is complicated!

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • You have experience in an office environment

  • You have customer support experience

 
The day-to-day:  
 

  • Following up with customers on completed tickets

  • Checking the status of product orders

  • Updating clients and the service team on delivery dates

  • Scheduling client meetings for the Chief Technology Advisor

  • Updating quotes with the assistance of the Chief Technology Advisor

  • Sending cards or gifts to customers

  • Reviewing customer invoices

  • Updating customer seat counts in the CRM

 
Typical technical day-to-day: 
 

  • Review customer satisfaction surveys and follow up accordingly

  • Check with vendors on the status of product orders

·         Coordinates the receiving, labeling, and storage of product



  • Schedules business reviews with customers

  • Takes notes for business reviews

  • Updates customer information in the CRM

  • Assists the Chief Technology Advisor with quotes

  • Calls customers to provide updates on product deliveries

  • Sends cards and gifts to customers for special occasions

 
It would be great if you have:  
  


  • Experience as a sales account representative

  • Experience with AutoTask CRM

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • A keen sense of humor and the ability to laugh at some truly corny jokes.

Having one or more of these certifications would let us know you mean business:   
  

  • Microsoft Office Specialist

  • Certified Administrative Professional
