Description

This is a full-time, on-site (Cassina De' Pecchi) role as a Customer Success Manager (CMS) located in Milan. As a CMS, you will be responsible for launching projects for our clients and managing client expectations to ensure successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

Relationship and Client/Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
  • Participate in online and offline activities in Italy and internationally.

Delivery and Leading Projects for Key Company Clients

  • Communicate with OMNIC delivery team and client delivery team to ensure project delivery within the confirmed scope, time, and budget.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and maintain transparent communication with all parties involved.

Business Process Optimization (Project Delivery)

  • Identify optimization opportunities within project delivery processes.
  • Integrate optimization goals into project objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for incremental changes.
  • Monitor and measure performance and customer satisfaction rates.

Documents and Agreements

  • Ensure invoices are sent promptly and acceptance documents are signed.
  • Maintain all project documentation in compliance with Italian legislation.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Provide strong leadership to department heads and teams.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop talent within the organization through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.

Requirements

Your Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in project management and client relations, particularly in handling large-scale deals.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and data analysis.
