DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site (Cassina De' Pecchi) role as a Customer Success Manager (CMS) located in Milan. As a CMS, you will be responsible for launching projects for our clients and managing client expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
Relationship and Client/Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
- Participate in online and offline activities in Italy and internationally.
Delivery and Leading Projects for Key Company Clients
- Communicate with OMNIC delivery team and client delivery team to ensure project delivery within the confirmed scope, time, and budget.
- Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and maintain transparent communication with all parties involved.
Business Process Optimization (Project Delivery)
- Identify optimization opportunities within project delivery processes.
- Integrate optimization goals into project objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for incremental changes.
- Monitor and measure performance and customer satisfaction rates.
Documents and Agreements
- Ensure invoices are sent promptly and acceptance documents are signed.
- Maintain all project documentation in compliance with Italian legislation.
Team Leadership and Development
- Provide strong leadership to department heads and teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop talent within the organization through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.

RequirementsYour Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in project management and client relations, particularly in handling large-scale deals.

- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and data analysis.
