What You’ll Do:



  • Customer Journey Support: Guide and support existing customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing operations.

  • Personalized Customer Care: Proactively engage with your regular customer base, addressing their concerns and needs with a personal touch.

  • Training & Expertise: Conduct user training for the software, representing the company as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

  • Project Management: Manage customer projects by identifying requirements, creating project plans, and coordinating implementation with the product team.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and implement measures to maintain high service standards.

  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities through in-depth analysis of customer needs, in collaboration with the sales team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, and sales teams to refine and expand the software, incorporating customer feedback.

  • Team Development: Contribute to the growth and improvement of the Customer Success team with your insights and experience.




Requirements

What You Bring:



  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in SaaS solutions or enterprise software.

  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Communication Skills: Proficient in German and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

  • B2B Service Background: Ideally, experience in customer service within the B2B sector.

  • Tech Enthusiasm: Passion for software solutions, digitalization, and legal matters.
