Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes using our products and services. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, act as a strategic partner, and advocate for our customers' needs within the company. Your goal will be to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Need to have strong corporate leadership experience- proven track record of inheriting a team of experienced
- Handle CSMs to drive outsized outcomes and deliverables
- Build strategic programs to increase adoption/customers satisfaction/NPS
- Will handle communication with stakeholders and customers with an emphasis on conveying team progress and the state of a broad customer portfolio with senior leaders
Education
Must-Have Skills
- Experience managing a team that is more proactive, understanding segmentation, can speak to their operating system
- Some experience with longer sales cycles vs annual renewals
- Familiar with Tech industry - Saas
- Can Implement a new process (QBR/strategic road mapping/customer strategy)
- Filled a major strategic gap on where they came from
- Looking for more than setting meetings, sending email
