The Company:
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you’ll manage a book of circa 20 accounts worth c.£600k ARR. Adopting a strategic, high-touch Customer Success approach. You will be there to co-ordinate a customers onboarding to define and then execute their success plan.
Your core focus within the role is reoccurring revenue growth and the maintenance of exceptional customer scores (NRR & NPS).
Working closely with the wider Customer Success and Professional Services function, you’ll have the unique yet additional support of a data & content creator, to enable you to maximise customer engagement.
The ideal candidate:
As above, the key here is understanding the Service Management industry, having worked closely with such business decision makers in a client management role.
Prior experience within onboarding / implementation or the more technical side of Customer Success would be very desirable.
If you can demonstrate that you’re exceptional with customers, strategic & commercially astute (Combined with Service Management experience), we should talk.
